The school facilitates a simple and easy procedure for admission, through both offline and online modes.
1 Admission Procedure
The admission form is available on the school website www.stluigischoolbkp.com as well as at the school office. Applicants should submit the hard copy of the completed form to the school office with the following documents:
Documents to be submitted
- Two recent colour passport size photographs of the candidate.
- Two recent colour passport size photographs of the parents.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (for students seeking admission from Class I).
- Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of the child from the municipality, attested by the parents.
- Xerox copy of the Aadhaar Card of the parents and the child.
- Catholic students must also produce a Baptism Certificate.
Original certificates and documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification, and both parents must be present on the day of admission. Parents are requested to ensure that all documents are in order.
There will be a written or oral test for students from Class KG to Class IX and Class XI on the day of registration. The streams offered for Class XI are Science, Commerce and Humanities.
Admission is made according to the age of the child, and the child’s ability is also taken into consideration. Once the interview is over, you will receive an admission confirmation message or call from the school.
2 Interaction with the Principal
Followed by admission. A meeting can be scheduled with the Principal, so that parents can have an interaction with the head of the school.
3 Admission and Payment of Fees
At the time of admission, the parents may pay the applicable fees.
4 Parents’ Orientation Programme
There will be a parents’ orientation programme for the freshers before the beginning of the new academic session. This programme will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission and Ethos of the school.
